Chicken Shawarma Wraps

Ingredients:

2 Chicken Breasts
TSB Shawarma seasoning
(1 head) Romaine Lettuce
(1 pack) Cherry Tomatoes (slice each in half)
1 large container Plain Yogurt
Lemon Juice (a dash)
(2 packs) Pita Bread
(1 bag) Frozen French Fries
Canola Oil

Directions:

Place chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag or covered dish and season with TSB Shawarma seasoning. Let the chicken marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day……

Start your French Fries (follow directions on package). Fries should be ready by the time you finish cooking the chicken.

Cook chicken in a cast iron pan or frying pan with canola oil or cooking oil of your choice, until done (flipping as needed, juices should be clear when chicken is done). Let the chicken rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes, then slice into pieces.

Spoon the plain yogurt into any size bowl you choose, add a dash of lemon juice and some TSB Shawarma seasoning, then give it a good stir and set aside.

Gather your pita bread, Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes (sliced in half), yogurt, chicken, and fries. Place a pita on a plate and start assembling the wrap. Lettuce, chicken slices, cherry tomatoes, then yogurt. At this point you have the option to put some fries in your wrap, or enjoy them as a side.

For a spicier wrap just sprinkle some red pepper flakes inside your wrap before closing it up.

To eat, you can either just grab and start munching, or if you prefer to be neat, take aluminum foil and wrap around your sandwich (approximately ½ to ¾ from top, see pictures)

Enjoy!
