Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Angel Hair Pasta (cooked Al Dente) - (Save a ladleful of pasta water for later)
2 sticks of butter
1 cup of heavy cream
1 shaker of Parmesan Cheese
8 eggs
1- 2 packages of microwave bacon (cooked and chopped)
Parsley (chopped)
TSB Pig Dust Seasoning
Black Pepper

Directions:

Boil Pasta until it is cooked Al Dente, (save a ladleful of the pasta water) then drain and place pasta back into pot. While pasta is cooking cook and chop the bacon and set aside. Chop parsley and set aside. Also, in a large bowl add your eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan Cheese, and a ladleful of the pasta water, then whisk together and set aside.

Now that everything has been prepared, finish the pasta by first adding the sticks of butter (pasta will melt it). Then slowly pour in the egg/cream/Parmesan mixture and stir everything together until the pasta absorbs all of the liquids. Add lots of Pig Dust Seasoning, chopped bacon and parsley, and a bit more Parmesan cheese. If desired, sprinkle on some cracked black pepper. Serve and Enjoy!
