Veggie French Bread Pizza

Ingredients:

1-2 loaves French bread
4-6 cups of shredded cheese (Mozzarella, Provolone)
1 jar Alfredo sauce
1 medium onion (yellow - diced)
2 bell peppers (red/green - diced)
1 large can mushrooms (or 1 small carton)
1 small carton cherry tomatoes (sliced)
Fresh basil (sliced/chopped)
TSB Italian Seasoning and Pig Dust
Parmesan cheese (grated)

 

Directions:

On lined baking sheets (parchment paper or aluminum foil) place the French bread that has been cut into 4 pieces per loaf. Top each piece of bread with shredded cheese. Add Alfredo sauce by the spoonful, down the center of each pizza. Add your toppings and then finish each pizza with a bit more of the shredded cheese before placing the trays in the oven.

Bake the pizzas at 325 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes. Remove the pizzas from the oven and add some more shredded cheese and extra toppings. Return the trays to the oven and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted, and starting to turn golden brown. Finish the pizzas with grated Parmesan cheese and some TSB Italian Seasoning and Pig Dust.

Cut each pizza into 4 pieces or however many you’d like, and serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
